Remember when the only "reality show" we had was The Real World. Survivor changed that and tv will never be the same. Apparently CBS hopes to change things again when they introduce the world to Goldrush . It's a 13 week INTERNET based reality contests that stars you. Really. And me. And anyone else that signs up and chooses to participate. It starts Wednesday morning, so if you sign up today, you're in on the ground floor. Good luck! And if you find some gold, don't forget where you heard about it.)

I found this blog about "Foods To Eat Before You Die" interesting, even though I have no plans to travel to Paris to try salted caramel ice cream. So what do you say we share some of our favorites from the greater San Diego Area. What is a specific dish from a specific place everybody should eat before they die? I'll start:

#1- Hazelnut crusted Salmon from King's Fish House
#2- A slice of "Brooklyn Bridge" pizza from "A Brooklyn Pizzeria" in Mission Valley
#3- an omelet from the Broken Yolk in PB
#4- anything from Fleming's in the Gas Lamp

Please post yours as a comment here, and I'll use them to kick off the discussion on tomorrow's show. I'll update the list on the air at the top of every hour.

Have you seen the commercials for the new fall tv shows? Do you think you can predict which ones will last and which ones won't. You might want to check out: www.brilliantbutcancelled.com/deathwatch/

We've done literally hundreds of song parodies on our show, but I have to admit, Wierd AL still owns that genre. We played his new one this morning. This isn't the video, but the dancing banana is better than staring at a blank screen:

Okay, it's gonna be a quick one today, I've got a Raiders/Chargers game to watch. Speaking of which, I have to give props to Hula, walking around the Oakland Coleseum in Charger gear is one of the riskiest stunts he's ever done and even pulled it off like a champ. If you missed today's show be sure to catch the "Best Of" this weekend.

I've been thinking about doing a segment once a week where I share some of the good news in the world that often gets buried under the bad stuff. If I do it I know that www.thingsaregood.com/ will be put to good use.

This next spot is going to be either useless to you or totally freakin awesome. It's designed for people like me who are always scribbling ideas down on scraps of paper and carrying them around in thier pockets. I have a blackberry but I still scribble notes on paper. Well, lately my notes have been more organised and easier to find thanks to pocketmod.com .

Watch this monkey check out this dogs package and then laugh at it!

Paris Hilton's DUI= Huge Shocker!

Okay, not too shocking I guess, but can you believe that publicists are saying that this DUI could end up being GOOD for Paris' career! ( (click here) What?!

Remember "Comic Relief"? It was an all comedy telethon to benefit the homeless that used to be on HBO every year but stopped happening back in 1998. Well, it's coming back this hear for a great cause! Very cool. Especially since stand up comedy has been making such a comeback lately with folks like Dane Cook, Mitch Hedberg (R.I.P) and Jim Gaffigan becoming household names. One of my favorite young comics out there is

Demetri Martin. Very original and freakin funny.

Oh, don't forget to check out today's Sweet Spot of the Day: www.ratemydancing.com !

It felt good to be back today! If you didn't hear the latest personell announcement, Sienna has dropped the "intern" from her name and earned herself an official gig on the show. She will take Kalvin's old spot which was largely behind the scenes, but you'll be hearing her on the air as well. She's talented and super hard working and as a 21 year old college student she'll bring a fresh point of view to the show.

So this has been a year of incredible change...we've gotten a new program director, changed female co-hosts, changed male co-hosts, and now added a member. Each one of these decisions was very tough, but I feel great about the way things are working out and I promise you I'll do everything I can to avoid anymore changes anytime soon!

Onto Tuesday's Nuggets of Awesomeness:

You may have heard of it as today's SWeet Spot of the Day, it's the female answer to Fantasy Football

Yes fantasyhusband.com lets you compete against other women to see who's better at picking quality men. Feel free to enjoy it or laugh at it, either way it's worth checking out.

My girlfriend Lindsey doesn't like X-Box, PSP etc, but I find that almost anybody loves an oldschool game of Super Mario Bros. , Contra, or Duckhunt. That's why it is with great pride that I share with you:

Everyvideogame.com delivers what it promises, every oldschool game you can imagine, all free. Awesome. I had a poor showing at American Gladiators but I OWNED Duck hunt.

In case you missed it on our main sight, or you're just in the mood to vomit, here's the new video from hip hop superstar K-Fed:

Lord help us!

Her's what's crackin for tomorrow's show:

Don't call it a comebackk!!

I hope you enjoyed the "Best of the Playhouse" last week. Props to Kalvin Geena and Sienna for holding down the fort so well. I love my crew. In fact I have another announcement to make about the Playhouses' line-up tomorrow morning. (Don't worry, it's a good one.) I also hope you're as ready as I am for new live shows starting tomorrow. More on that after a few quick Nuggets Of Awesomeness!

Quick diversion because I know you don't want to work to hard on your first day back from a 3 day weekend. Turn the sound on your computer down real low and enjoy one of my favorite Conan O'Brian bits of all time:

Mad funny Conan.

Am I easily ammused?...I guess so, since I find The Hotel Bed Jumping Headquarters to be a fascinating diversion. Maybe it's because I just went on a trip and was reminded of how irresistable it is to jump on a freshly made hotel bed. I need to get some sweet pics next time:

Final nugget since I know you'll be watching the clock today. Make it a little bit more interesting by going to www.humanclock.com . Open up the clock then reduce it into the handy little window you can just put in the corner of the screen and you'll have one more diversion from your daily workload.

I posted this at:

R.I.P to Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter. I've heard some people today saying they "don't feel that bad for him, after all he was asking for it by doing all those crazy things!" Do you agree? We'll discuss that tomorrow morning. Also, we had Steve on the show a while back we'll play you back that interview and we'll talk to a local expert about what dangers San Diego Sea life pose to us. On a lighter note- Kalvin was telling me yesterday about the time he saw his own mom get into a fight. That should make a funny call in segment- Tune in for Mom Fights at 7:35. We have a new round of "How'd You Meet" at 8 oclock , Geena's Blog at 8:35 and we'll talk "clothes that women WANT thier man to wear" with Nick at 8:45

Have a great night and I'll talk with you in the morning!
